During the summer season, we offer Field Dinners which are focused on produce from the garden on-property as well as produce from farms of friends & neighbors in the area. Beverage pairings are curated from some of our favorite producers both internationally and domestically whose farming and fermentation practices reflect the same we bring to growing food here at Field Store House.
We craft the menu for each dinner from what is most fresh and abundant at that point in the season. Menus are written within a week of each dinner in order to be most responsive to the current garden offerings. Because of the high-level of accountability we place on ourselves for dinner sourcing, meeting all dietary restrictions of guests is not always possible. We encourage you to reach out if you have severe allergies or concerns before purchasing a ticket in order to discern the safest and best options for your menu.
